AQ: You made me laugh.. Thanks.. you're the first person who calls a prophet by a sect that came after he passes away...

Remember; "
Call unto the way of thy Lord with wisdom and fair exhortation, and reason with them in the better way." 16:125.. your answers without "Shirks" and mockery will be more appreciated....

AQ:

Sherk? Please consider that Abu Hanifa was a student of Jafar Al Sadiq for 2 years..

This man.. Mohammad Al Ghazali, who was recognized by the Muslim world to be the Imam of Sunna.. even in KSA.. he was saying that Shia are Muslims with slight differences than Sunna.. I find it difficult to believe you and not him.. unless you can get better sources or rebut his books..

Islam is the only name of our religion that is recognised in the Quran. There shouldn't be any other name attached to it. However, this issue is not as easy as we can say or hope. Some sects or group contradicts each other and the question remain which one represent the true Islam (which every group claim it is). Is it Sunni, Shia, Salafi, Wahhabi or even anti-Hadith movement or liberal Muslim movement?

I'm not a scholar in Islam and I don't believe I should interprete Islam with my limited knowledge. Thus I'll follow the scholar that I trust the most, namely Imam Syafie (r.a.) while respecting teachings of other schools of taught. But I'll try my best what I do or believe won't contradict with Quran and Sunna.

My view on this is believe in Islam in anyway you want, follow the scholars that you trust as long as you are within the teachings of Quran and the Prophet's traditions (Sunna). Just remember, whether you call yourself as Sunni, Shia, Salafis etc etc, those names are not the name of our religion but only states which interpretation you are following. Respect other Muslims' believe and never say their belief is wrong. After all, we are the followers of Allah and His Messenger. We are Muslims.

Great point, so what represents the coherent teaching of the Prophets? The primal Islam? That which was handed to Muhammad? I don't think anyone disagrees with you; I think that people just disagree with each other over what represents the original, undiluted view of Islam.

It's not exactly like the Shia or the Salafiyya or whomever believe that deviation or innovation is okay. They believe that their ideology is Islam in pristine form.

So you're not really saying anything new here.

Take care,

Laz

Allah swt called us by one name. That's 'Muslims' . He also calls all the Prophets were Muslims. Abraham was a Muslim. The Apostles of Jesus were Muslims. All the Prophets and all those who obeyed their message and submitted the will of their Creator God Almight. The Lord of the worlds is a Muslim. Prophet Abraham preyed:
"Our Lord! make of us Muslims bowing to Thy (Will) and of our progeny a people Muslim bowing to Thy (Will) and show us our places for the celebration of (due) rites; and turn unto us (in mercy); for Thou art the Oft-Returning Most-Merciful. (Holy Quran:2:128)

Our 'Millath' (Cult) is that of Abraham (PBUH) So let's we all be a Muslim as they were. This is the one train that goes to Paradise. Even if we get into a thrid class or the last boggy of this train, we are successful. Many Super or bullet trains we may find, but they go to the worng destination-Hell.

Logically, the answer is simple. Lets say you have a family of three brothers, A, B, and C. You all agree that, no matter what, killing is unlawful and must be forsaken. Your family has been known to be united, to act as one, and to deliberate as one. One day, Brother C kills someone. The towns people accost him, then move in to arrest the two other brothers. They think that since Brother C advocates killing, then naturally, Brothers A and B must also agree. That makes them a menace, thence, the move to arrest them. Upon arriving at their home, Brothers A and B both say, "We do not agree with our brother [i.e brother C]." So the towns people leave them alone. Did A and B do anything wrong? No. Does any of this derail the logical faculty?

Imam Jaffer al-Sadiq (AS) has said, "Whatever Mohammad (SAW) has declared as permissible will remain permissible till the Day of Judgement and whatever Mohammed (SAW) has declared forbidden will remain forbidden until the Day of Judgement. This will neither change nor anyone will bring any change in anything in it." Also Hazrat Ali (AS) has said, "No one introduced an innovation without forsaking the ways of the Prophet (SAW).

Exactly!

All of the prophets mentioned were united towards one goal, i do not think anyone will find any difference in between them with regards to formation of different sects.

They were all Salafis. Although the name has occurred only later, it is the very path of theirs, the very same beliefs, that Salafis follow.

Muslim = Salafi = Sunni

First petrol engine car was made in Germany. Germans call it "Auto", it's "car" in English, سيارة in Arabic, "kola" in Bosnian, "la voiture" in French, "araba" in Turkish, etc, anme it how you want but it's the same thing we're talking about.

You can make a bicycle and call it a car, but it won't be a car.

I wonder where did you study "sharia"... In Tehran???

By the way, I call myself Muslim but I will never back up any plan of unity on shirk. Unity MUST BE UPON TAWHEED and on the manhaj of Mohammad s.a.w.s. and not those who corrupt this beautiful religion and make it serve their perverted desires.
