I know that the verb after "suggest" should be in subjunctive (base) form. But what if we wanted to add the name of the person or a pronoun after it? I searched Internet and found sentences like this: "He suggested me to go." Is it grammatically correct? Or only the following form is correct? "he suggested to me that I go/should go."
THANKS.

He suggested that I go.

The suggest already includes the idea of "should" so "should" is redundant. It's also clear that if I'm the one to go, I'm the one getting the suggestion.

He suggested that she/Sheila go.

Also fine--in this case, he spoke to Sheila directly.

"He suggested me to go" is just wrong, in my relatively arrogant opinion. If it did mean anything, though, it would mean that he told someone else who was organizing a trip or outing or errand that that person should invite or send me on it. Like "He suggested me for the job" but not quite as grammatically correct.

It can become nouns before Suggest.
Example:

I suggest you should make yourslef even better than last time you did.
