For some one working in the business/banking field, That already knows english and german?

Spanish, French and Japanese. Depending on what state you're in, I would suppose.

personally , i would like to learn an indigenous language 'cos they tend to ecompass an alternate world view . one example old irish gaelic - they had no word for no . and instead of sayin i am sad , they would say - sadness is upon me .
if your most interested in being able to comunicate with a greater number of people , though it would seem logical to go with a coloniser language - spanish , french . that said , there are a lot of chinese - i don't know which language is most prevalent among them, though .
