Thinking about buying the complete boxset of A Bit of Fry and Laurie. I love the curret work of both Hugh Laurie (House) and Stephen Fry (QI) and have watched a few of the songs and some clips from A Bit of Fry and Laurie. Found them hilarious! Would you reccomend the dvd? Why? Also thoughts on Jeeves and Wooster would be great (haven't seen any of this)

Thanks

Yes I would buy it was a big fan of them, especially liked the verbal humour ( "your eyes are the same shade of cobalt blue as my god niece's spare room")
If you can there was a book of their scripts which is also worth a look, my brother read it on a plane and was ask to quieten down as was laughing so much.
Jeeves and Wooster also good but once again its humour you either love or hate.

I just bought the whole Jeeves and Wooster dvd set for my niece who is 14 and I was surprised because her 12 year old sister, 10 year old brother and the 6 year old laughed their heads off. The quality and dvds are really worth it!!
I have never seen A Bit of Fry and Laurie. I think I will check it out!! Thanks!

Yes you definitely must get a bit of Fry and Laurie! It's hilarious! :)

I haven't seen Jeeves and Wooster though, so I'm not sure about that one.
