Well normally like 90% of the time guy/girl friends become more than just friends...thats happened to my friends all the time its not just in the TV shows...so even if he does love this girl he'll probably get over her eventually. just spend a lot of time with him but don't smother him

The fact that he loves another girl should be your clue right there!! Why would you waste your time and energy on some guy that had feelings for someone else? I'm guessing he told you all this, before this other chick! Tell him or ask him why he told you all those things. Ask him if he was "BS"ing you, see what he tells you. If it sounds like BS then find someone more honest, and who wants to be with you and only you!

Girl, don't be lead by your emotions. Use your intellectual capacity to think. I know it's quite hard, but it should be. He loves another girl and I think this should be enough reasons to move on with your life. Again pray, pray and pray. The only way you can go all throughout this is by consuming yourself in relationship with God, using your singleness to be more productive and service for others especially for your friends and family.
