A good bottle of Vintage Wine.
A box of aged Cuban Cigars.
A Cigar Humidor/ashtray/cutter.

If he drinks wine, a bottle of imported wine is always good. Even if you are unlucky enough to pick something he already has, it will not matter, because 2 are better than 1. If he doesn't drink wine, a single malt scotch whisky is a good choice. You can pick something to suit your budget without any problem, and it will always be appreciated. If he is a t-totaller, try some cologne ot aftershave. Again, the present can fi any budget.

Everything he has how about sending a happy birthday strip teaser that would lighting him up or second best a nice fruit tree to plant and when the tree produces fruit he will remember you
