Lack of Teaching how to read Arabic
Lack of Self worth teaching
Lack of Social Intigration Teaching
Lack of Accepting we are in country that accepted us
Lack of respect for governments and order
Lack of respect for their own religion
Lack of teaching how to love the Prophet Muhammed SAW
Lack of Teaching how to talk to others
Lack of respect for God and saying people are going to hell

I have a very long list, first ones I fixed was myself, then my family... and then my nighbours and then my community and now as maroof we are allwed to spread the word world wide if Allah SWT chooses.. and so he chooses.. and so that is what we all do, in way or another, you sell gum.. I agree with Hope - all Muslim parents teach their children different things, but I think that is how they teach their children that is important. An active approach to teaching is the best way to facilitate the education of children, as a parent that doesn't practice what they preach just builds destructive long lasting behaviour and confusion, and possibly even frustration when it comes to learning.

Muslim parents lack to teach their children a comparative knowledge between Islam and Christianity,that Islam is much better than Christianity.They did not teach their children what are wrong in Bible as have been stated and corrected by God its true statements in the holy Qur'an.Most of them did not aware the difference.,because they know only Islam.

many muslim parents that i know don't teach their kids about sex. my parents taught me but i know some people who don't even know the name of their body parts. and sex ed is very important especially in america

i said sex ed, because many people can take advantage of young children and if the child doesn't know that what they are doing is wrong then the child won't tell. and many young muslim children that i know are very gullible and they don't know anything about the real world. because their parents have protected them too much. many people my age have been told this is haram and this is also haram, but they haven't been told why, so they tend to just do whatever they want becuase there isn't a real reason not to and it is wrong to do this to your children

i do not for sure,but what i observed & witnessed is that they do not teach them to love the nonmuslims,in the contrary,they teach them to hate them
