According to a link someone sent me in email, on wikipedia, he's studering to say "Th, th, that's all folks." Anyone have something to clear it up for sure, as wikipedia has been known to have errors.

That sound he was making was just plain stuttering, he was just trying to say the first word of that phrase.

Porky tried to say GOODBYE, but it came out guh'bee, uhh... guh'bee, uhh...guh'bee, uhh... He always tried to say "big" words, but when he stutters he changes to simpler words. According to Wikipedia, "What's going on?" might become "What's guh-guh-guh-guh—...what's happening?"

Listen carefully to the stuttering. He was trying to say "The End", and when he couldn t get it out, he changed it to something he could say, "That s all folks!"

He was saying "I BELIEVE that's all, folks!" but he kept stuttering...unless he was just excessively snorting, lol.
