I don't know that much about bras as I wear a corselette which has a built in bra and I always go for a 42B which is a bit small for me but gives me a better shape and helps to bunch up my breasts. On a practical note for two days it is hardly worth buying a new bra so I would suggest a charity shop (or if you are in the USA a goodwill shop) Most of them have a good selection at very good prices and they have changing booths were he could try them on. This would be better than buying on the web from the try on point of view but if you must buy on line I suggest e bay. You measure just as you would for a girl but if you are going to use padding you don't need to worry about comparing the under breast measurement with the bust measurement to get the cup size

Male breasts are usually not pointed and are better in a B cup than an A cup.
