yes that's a great menu,also instead of the pancakes or french toast you could make a french toast casserole very easy and inpressive.Go to www.foodnetwork.com/Paula Deen and you get that breakfast casserole.P.S.cheese grits taste better!!!

Hash browns or some kind of potato is missing. The rest sounds great. That french toast casserole sounds great and it will stay hot longer for you.

i would say you have your bases covered.
will you have syrup and butter for your pancakes and frech toast.
maybe make gravy for the biscuits. i love sausage gravy on biscuits.
maybe have jam or preserves for the toast and pancakes too.

its really good, but don't forget to add some pancakes (a classic!) freshly cut strawberries, some whipped cream (for strawberries and/or pancakes) and some other kinds of fruit.... anything goes if you mix tha fruit up.
