G'day,
There are only 42 (soon to be 43) universities in Australia, all of them are fully accredited and they are tightly regulated, therefore the quality and recognition of their graduates are equal from wherever university you are studying from.
The Australian uni's offering Vet Science are as follows (in no particular orders):
Uni of Melbourne (www.unimelb.edu.au)
Murdoch Uni (www.murdoch.edu.au)
Uni of QLD (www.uq.edu.au)
Uni of Sydney (www.sydney.edu.au)
La Trobe Uni (www.latrobe.edu.au)
James Cook Uni (www.jcu.edu.au) offer vet just as a major in Biomedical Sciences, so it is not called Bachelor of Vet, but Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences, so K Bear is not completely correct.
Tuition fee & requirement will be available in those websites. Please make sure that the information you accessing are the ones for international students, not for local students, as there are some difference in regards to tuition fees. Once decided on the uni, fill in the application form and send it together with certified copy of your academic qualification (in English and original language). The process will take abt 2-3weeks, depending on the time of the year. Depending on your country of origin, you may also be required to submit an IELTS test results as proof of your English proficiency.
Hope this helps. E-mail me at mikegun(at)studentfirst.com.au if you have any further queries abt studying in Australia. Good luck for your study and welcome to Australia :)

Sydney University (definitely) and University of Melbourne (I believe) both offer courses. Sydney is probably considered THE university.
