The top speed of the stock new 2007 mustang gt 500 is an electronically limited 155mph.

I spend a lot of time at the track and have a friend who owns a gt 500 but he has mods done. Talking to him and other people if I were to give an educated guess on what the stock top speed would be without the limiter I would guess it is in the 175mph ballpark.

I would think whatever it is electronically controlled at. This would depend on the speed rating of the tires. I can't say for sure but a number close to 152mph sounds pretty close.
