Thank him for me and to always call you when he can, be safe and come back the same person he was when he left.
My husband is currently in Iraq now, been there for the last 10 months so I know how hard it is, but hearing his voice on the other end really helped me out in this long deployment.
God Bless all our soldiers.

Be safe and don't let any of these anti - American democrats get to him. Military men and women give them the right to say terrible things about America. Someday they will learn.

You should not be there. The citizens of Iraq did nothing to you or your family or this country. Another unprovoked United States invasion. IT IS WRONG and you are wrong for killing simply because someone told you to.

Put yourself in the shoes of an Iraq citizen...

Look at the way soldiers are treated upon returning home from those wars...

Your life means nothing to the current administration. You are a piece of meat. It is sad for anyone to think that you are fighting for anything other than more oil to kill the air.

Are you aware that soldiers from the Vietnam era still have pending claims with the VA? Do you know that there are at least two groups currently suing the VA to get its act together?

We are asleep!

...Go ahead and delete these truths. I hope that your partner needs no long-term medical care upon his return because the VA is unqualified and unwilling to provide it.
