I have that too at times. Just relax when you can and don't let that stress build up to the breaking point. Anxiety or panic attacks happen to many people. Try taking L-Theanine tablets to help relieve the stress. I take a 200mg capsule when I know I will be in a stressful situation. Of course I'm no doctor and you should see a doctor to at least make sure you don't have high blood pressure or some other condition. Then when your feeling better please get some family counseling, that will help FIX the real cause of this stress. Ask your church for some help.

If you are under stress it could be stress attack. If the stress never goes away and since you have had more then one...you need to consult a doctor. If you can not do it face to face consult a doctor on the phone. Sometimes things like this worsena nd if not handled could end up being worse then they really are.
I am sorry to hear about the father of your children, and I wish you the best. And I hope you feel better!

Do not worry you are not crazy or losing your mind...
sometimes irrational behavior is driven or triggered by situations we can't control...this sense of feeling helpless makes us act like someone or something you are not...
the idea is not to let yourself be controlled by those difficult circumstances and avoid putting yourself in a situation where you are going to feel depressed, down and or worse go into a rage..get busy, plant some flowers, clean the house, play outside with your kids..don't think about the negative, thinking about the negative is what got you where you are..
you should never allow anyone, I don't care who it is, put you or make you feel bad...
your children are depending on "YOU" their mom to be the adult and face whatever it is comes your way, you are their shield and were simply put on this earth to protect and love them...don't deny them that right, remember they did not ask to be here..right now they should be your number one priority, not that Man...every moment that you waste being angry, is denying them a moment of happiness..
if you need professional help, to make you face these difficult moments, be an adult and do not be ashamed of asking for help..you will not be the 1st nor the last person to have done that..you too deserve to be happy..
who cares about what he is doing or not doing be a little selfish and care for yourself at this moment..if he is not providing you or giving you what you and your children need, then make the decision to "move on"...why on Earth do you want to be with a man that makes you feel like that and only brings sorrow into your home?...focus on your kids
What I am trying to say is you have options..I have been there and found that life is about choices..make the right one, if not for you at this moment, for your Kids...
above all, keep a positive outlook on things no matter how grim the situation...and soon you will see that Wonderful things will start to happen in your life...if you project yourself in a negative way all the time this is exactly what you will attract, so please think and be POSITIVE...when you carry a smile on the inside, life will smile back at you on the outside
God bless you and your family...may you find your road to happiness soon!

you had some sort of attack triggered by all the stress. im not a doctor, and i doubt anyone on here is, but it could have been an anxiety or panic attack. if you just tell your doctor, he really can help and they can become less severe. just reach out for help and they can stop or become less common. good luck.

hello Friend , I'm so sorry for you.. in fact nobody can judge exactly what this could be but a doctor.. it could be a temporary case you have because a changing rate of hormones in you body.. or anything else..
if you are ashamed to talk to doctor face to face.. then find a good doctor and write him an e-mail telling him about your case, i hope this will help...
God bless you

You are tired and feel like you are not appreciated and you are being taken advantage of. This will cause anyone to feel like they are going crazy. What you need is some time to yourself.
