yes - its good to plan before because that way you know how many calories you are gona eat and what time you are gona do that.
sometimes if you dont plan you might binge and run out of daily calories in the middle of the day OR dont eat enough.

of course it is. now, when you go to the grocery store next ,its your call .look at lables and only choose healthy things so when you get hungry at home you have healthy stuff to snack on. another good idea is instead of goin out 2 eat at work pack a healthy sandwhich like a sub.
