The bible says that the devil will build up his army against God's son, the Christ. Who makes up that army?

You might be talking about after the Millennium, when Satan is released from the Bottomless Pit and goes to the land of Gog and Magog to convince many people to make war against the Lamb of God.
Most would say that was Russia.

well, all that are enemies of God...... and that is all the humans left on earth who do NOT come to Christ..... countries will gather and *think* they can fight against Jesus....... but with just one word from His mouth he will defeat them all........ hope that helps...... God bless
