I think you are a little mixed up. Those who claim to believe in God and send our troops to war for unnecessary reasons, and support big oil companies are the ones who are global warming skeptics. Real Christians have no more to do with politics in the government than sheep like to be in the same cage with wolves. Corrupt politicians are using God to get what they want, that doesnt mean all christians should get a bad name for it. If you believe christians should get a bad name for some christians being bad then I guess evolutionists should also get a bad name, there are plenty of bad evolutionists too.

i am a HUGE global warming skeptic, a firm believer in evolution, and even an environmentalist. I just dont think humans are important enough to dramatically change our planet.

I also love rush and hated jerry faldwell ( i am in NO way assosiated with christianity)

I hadn't noticed that, actually. I do hear some freaky things on redneck radio like some guy telling Christians that global warming is good because it means the rapture will be here sooner.

Yes, they are the mindless right wing. They go along with whatever Rush Limbaugh or Jerry Falwell say. (Or used to say). Who has taken their places, by the way? Laura Ingraham? Bill O'Reilly? I've been a little out of touch with what's new on the far right.

Ah, no. I am an atheist (as you know), and I don't believe the global warming platform at all. It is another one of those drinking questions.....no proof, lots of "If".

There's still skepticism surrounding it? Well I guess that's to be expected... people just listen to what Fox News tells them so I guess it can't be helped.

Peter D is right; they are consistently and pitifully scientifically illiterate. Moreover, they are anti-science and consider it education unnecessary since they claim to possess divine truth.

Nope. I am such a skeptic, and as a scientist am not any sort of a creationist.

Well at least they're being consistent by being willfully ignorant across the board.
