Do not attempt to just cut n paste, that completely kills the format and you will have to fix it later. Try this instead:
1. Save the file as .rtf (rich text format), it is compatible with every machine that has a word processor.
2. When writing your email, hit the "attachments" button, and will take you to a new window where you can browse for your document. Find it and attach it.
3. Continue to your email or attach another one, when done just hit... well "done." It's as simple as that. The best thing is that it will keep the integrity of your document, whether you are using MLA, APA, or any other style. Hope it helps~

save the word document. On the email you're sending, click on attach, or the little paper clip icon above the space where you type your message. Then the next screen, click on browse. Find the file wherever you saved it, and double click on it. Then hit "attach". Then send the message
