No, of course I do not 'love god' more than I love my children. Hell, if they were religious I would still love them--they are my children. In fact, one is. He is also a right-wing wacko Republican, and I love him nonetheless. Another is gay, and I love her. As I said, they are my children. Unconditional love, and for as long as I, or they, live. It is only a sad little person who would say differently.

I doubt if any of them will answer that. If they do, they'll probably just breeze past the question and try to say something else.
But it's a good point to bring up if someone's trying to convert you in a particularly irritating manner.

God is #1 then my family. if my (future) children didn't share the same beliefs as i do then i will still love then no matter what. i cant force anything on them. they are their own person. my love will grow stronger for them every minute of everyday.
no, you didn't scare them away. they just didn't have the time to deal with nonsense. i answer the question and i get thumbs down? give me a break. you have your beliefs and i have mine. that's fine, it's just sad how you cant even get on the common ground of respect for ones belief. so why even waste their time? i said my answer and i stand by it.
