I am going on a second date with a girl that I'm very interested in. She seems to be very interested in me as well. Is it okay for me to give her flowers on the second date or is that too early?

no, not too early!! but if you feel nervous about it, you can just get her a single bloom. i always think a single flower is a really sweet gesture. i wish men realized that a little surprise like that a little bit more often is worth more than the bouquet on valentine's day/birthdays to a lady's heart.

Flowers-- never too soon and never too late
And they don't have to be expensive either----Inexpensive flowers often will do you more good than 100 dollars worth of roses when you're in trouble......

No, just a simple bouquet would be beautiful. Don't go all out on a huge bouquet, but a simple one lets her know you're interested and you made extra effort to impress her.

I think that it is cute. But dont go overboard. Just give her like one flower but, a pretty one, like her favorite. And if she didnt tell you it then just give her a rose because it is simple but, still cute.

go for a single long steamed rose. nothing says romance like that. besides, it will be more affordable and there's no WAY that it will go over the top.
