You can try doing a tri-set ab routine. Do 3 ab exercises consecutively with no rest between each exercise. For example, 15 reps of crunches followed by 15 reps of Russian twist followed by 15 reps of leg raises (1 set equals 45 reps with 3 different exercises). After all 3 are completed then rest for a minute or two and start 2nd set, etc. The crunches hits majority of the ab area, the Russian twist hits the obliques, and the leg raises incorporates the lower abs even though it's more of a hip flexor exercise.

Without a healthy meal plan, this or any routine is pretty much useless.

you cant work out the same muscle group two days in a row, muscle grows in between workouts while you rest.
do crunches 2-3 times a week, 15-30reps 2-4 sets.

belly dancing and hula hooping , both are great ways to work out the abdominal area.

try the stability ball. it won't hurt your back but you could feel the tightness in your abdominals. try doing it in high reps, the crunches, sit ups etc..
