Wow this is tough! The first thing that comes to mind, is fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, homemade biscuits and corn on the cob.........either that or pizza!!!!!!

My mom's lasagna. Try it......you'll like it.......
NANA'S LASAGNA
1 box lasagna noodles
1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1 egg
grated cheese
parsley
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 jars ready made spaghetti sauce
Velveeta cheese, sliced
Cook noodles according to directions. Rinse under cold water and drain. In a bowl mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, egg, grated cheese, salt, pepper, parsley and garlic, to taste. Add bread crumbs and mix well. In a skillet, fry the mixture in a little hot oil until crumbly. In a large rectangular casserole dish, layer the sauce, noodles, meat mixture and cheese, starting with the sauce and repeating until you have used all the ingredients. (You may have some sauce left over.) Top with cheese. Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake at 350 F. about 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake 10 minutes more until the cheese is melted. Checking to make sure the cheese does not burn. Cut into squares and serve with garlic bread and a tossed salad.

Crab legs, veal piccata, mashed potatoes, bacon gravy, stuffing, and asparagus with hollandaise. I always swear I'll have a salad and bread, but I'm too stuffed!
