First off -- to the guy who mentioned the spell checker.

Heh, this one eh. It basicly means dont give them any compliments or gratification. That way they will chase the compliments more and you will have to do less work. This works as apposed to treating them like a queen and having them leave you because your boring.
Your welcome to be discusted or whatever females, but it tends to be how guys have to work you people. You could almost equate it to "tough love"
