Pizza was one of the favorite snackraments of the CAW Two Rivers Nest, but I got in hot water over it, and it probably lead to the rumors that we (CAW) weren't very serious - its not true, but we were - we just wanted to have some fun... butit probably the general reputation fo the Church for awhile. Besides, it tastes better than Cheese-Its, CAW's official Snackrament! ♫ "Oh, what a Friend we have in Cheese-Its..!" ♫

Well, if it's unleaved bread, why not - oh, the Cathlic Church forbids the use of cheese on its hosts, due to some old dusty heresy, but it is round, "natural", and it does have spokes (cuts, so its as valid a symbol as any other - sounds good to me!...

even although we don't evaluate it a sacrament yet an ordinance, and we believe it to be memorial without transubstantiation or consubstantiation, we prepare communion as quickly as a month. We use unleavened bread - a style of cracker - that's broken. It tastes in basic terms like a cracker considering's what that's. i've got had communion wafers before, although, and that they flavor like skinny, difficult, cardboard. i've got additionally had communion the place we dip bread into grape juice (no longer wine) and then it tastes like a soggy piece of bread dipped in grape juice.

Everything from the lord return to the lord, you can use whatever you desire that is granted as holy on this earth... and everthing came from the lord and he made limits unto you as what you should use and such...

As in the Cow with Moses, things where not to be so specific, but unfortunatly mankind always expects more when they have been already given abondance.

No. The bread used in the Most Holy Eucharist cannot contain anything but the purest wheat flour and water. No preservatives, flavoring, colorants, etc., and no yeast.

LdS teaches that the actual emblems aren't important as long as we partake in rememberance of Jesus' Atonement.

Having said that, I think that certain foods / drinks would draw too much attention to themselves so that the meaning of the Sacrament would be lost.

I actually considered once attending a Lutheran seminary.

I visited this one seminary for a couple of days during the spring break period of the university I attended and on Friday night attended this "Sem Association" meeting.

They had communion and used Pizza and Beer.

This was a German - Lutheran seminary located in St. Louis and of course they served Budwiser.

This was one of many reasons why I decided to leave the Lutheran church for good.

You can use whatever you want. It's just a symbol, anyway. As long as you know what it represents, that's all that matters.
