Ive known this man for about two years not on a very personal level-but would like too.Its been fiteen years since ive dated-and he is a youth minister,I found myself looking for him at church functions.Feeling nice inside when he came.He has a voice of an angel.His spirituality is invigorating-he awakens things in me i didnt even know still existed.Now, I have been married once and divorced wich is accepted in our church-however i would like to devolp a realtionship with him and i'm not sure how tostart going about it.I dont want to mess up- he is one of those guys that you find once in a lifetime.Yes i know that no relationship is gaurenteed-however i want to really make this a long term relation.He has all of my ideas of what makes an ideal partner-and i feel attracted but also driven to be a team together-so basically im not sure how to approach this-i want to take time-and build a relation on a solid foundation.Just seeing him makes my heart flutter and at 35 its been a long time

Since he is a minister, he will have impeccable character. So, don't chase him or be aggressive, that is not scriptural. First, make sure you are well groomed at all times and no provocative clothing. How does the minister's wife dress? Take note. Next, get involved with church activities...... depending on your skill level. Join the choir, or help with secretarial duties, etc. He'll notice and be impressed. You did say you wanted a long term thingy.........right? It takes time to build a relationship. It doesn't happen overnight. BTW, read the book of Ruth, over and over. Everything you need to know is there, but you have to look for the hidden truth. Ask the Holy Spirit to enlighten you.
