If this is your Red Blood count then the previous two answers must be using a different system to that used in Australia. A woman's Red Blood Count (immediately after her periods) should be 11 or higher using the system here in Australia, otherwise she would be anaemic. With men it should be 12.5.

CBC, RBC, or WBC??

That number sounds like a RBC number, so I'm going to say its normal. I think its about 4.1 -5.3 are normal for women of your age.
