Anyone who finds themselves in the United States has certain basic human rights as outlined in the Bill of Rights whether or not you are an illegal immigrant or a born citizen. The way I interpret the reform that is planned is that they will still have those rights but they will be given a way to stay legally as long as they follow the law which is all we law abiding people want anyway. We all have human rights, its just that if you aren't a legal member of society you don't have certain rights that are reserved for those who are legal. There is a difference.

You're not doing a paper and you know it. You're worried about immigration.
I'd help you, but if you were legal, you wouldn't need to ask this question.
I bet "immgrantion" won't be able to find you if you GO HOME.

it depends on if you are a resident, citizen, or illegal immigrant
citizens have all the main rights that any other american does.
residents are legal, but they do not share equal access to the rights of citizens such as the right to vote and other such rights
illegal immigrants even have some rights. of course the inalienable rights which the constitutions grants all human beings (life, liberty, persuit of happiness).

You have the right to leave and go back to where you came from. When immigration comes, then you may have to leave sooner.
