Excel spreadsheet problem the tab sheet bar has disappeared?

the tab sheet bar on my excel spreadsheet has disappeared

Click Tools, Options, and on the View tab, look to the bottom.

There is a box for "sheet tabs" and if it got unchecked, your tabs will be hidden. Click to put that check mark back. :)

DPA1of8 is probably correct, but you may have gotten into Full Screen mode. If his solution does not work, try going to the View Menu and click on "Full Screen" to turn it off.

at least there is 1 sheet right? right click on it and choose insert
