I'm about to cry. I feel so depressed, & I feel like my life is about to end soon. I feel like I'm dying.

I'm not thinking about suicide. That's far from my mind. It just feels like I'm dying. I think I'm having an anxiety attack on top of my depression.

I know you are upset, honey. You are having a rough time right now. I am praying for God to stay near to you.

Depression is rough. Just keep telling yourself that you will get over this anemia soon and you will have more energy to work on your depression. Get plenty of rest. Don't do anything that upsets you. For goodness sakes don't call anyone in your family while you are feeling this way.

Read the jokes and riddles section of Y!A. That may cheer you up; usually there are no mean people hanging around there.

Many people on here care about you.

I hope you start to feel better soon.

Hi there, QQ. It's sounds like your definately having a panic attack. I know the feeling, as I've had many myself. The good things is that a panic attack can't hurt you. Just because your psyche is falsly telling you you're dying, your body's actually fine! Symtoms like a racing heart, lightheadedness, hyperventilation are your body's natural "fight or flight" response at work. It's perfectly natural to feel this way, so just relax and put your concentration on something else.

I suggest grabbing a pen and some paper and jotting down all the things that have been bothering you about your life lately. Then next to each of those things, brainstorm some solutions. Make a commitment to resolve each of the problems on list your list one by one. Upon completion of this excersise, you'll come to find you have much more control over your life than you thought you had.

Occasionally it is possible to stop an anxiety attack on your own. deep breathing can be of help. Fill your lungs with air and exhale making a deep sound. Do this over and over. It is an old device used by the monks in Tibet. If you cannot diminish the anxiety then it will be necessary to see a doctor who will put you on an anti anxiety medication for a week or so. If you are suffering from depression as well as anxiety then you really should see a doctor.

You dont provide enough information kiddo. What you describe could be low blood sugar and fatigue. Have a salad and take a nap and see if you don't feel better.

Sad to see that you feel depressed, but when you're born with slanted eyes, you don't really have much choice.
