Yes, I can. You start with 1lb. lean ground beef and 1/3 lb lean ground pork. 1 pkg saltine crackers crushed, 1 small onion diced, 1 small green bell pepper diced, 1tlb coarse gorund garlic, 4 tlbs A1 sauce, and 2tsp black pepper. Mix everything together. I like to put on disposable gloves and mix with my hands. Use a bread pan that holds a loaf of bread. Form the meat into a loaf and put it in the pan. Cover the top with you favorite sauce( like barbacue sauce) or ketchup or A1. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. It's delicious and makes great sandwiches after it gets cold in the refrigerator. You can slice it real thin for a sandwich.

Homemade Meatloaf
1 lb. Owens Regular Roll Sausage
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 med. red bell pepper, chopped
1 med. green bell pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. powdered thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 egg
1/2 cup tomato sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, peppers, garlic, thyme and oregano. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 3 minutes. Transfer to mixing bowl. Crumble sausage in same skillet and cook until no longer pink. Drain off drippings and place sausage on paper towels. Add sausage to mixing bowl and cook 10-15 minutes. Add uncooked ground beef, egg, tomato sauce, beef broth, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Combine well. Press mixture into ungreased 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan and spread ketchup over top of loaf. Bake 50-60 minutes. Pour off any accumulated oil before slicing. Refrigerate leftovers.
