I suppose it depends on your intentions - if you are just looking to be friends, then no, but if you're looking for something more, then yes.

Well, perhaps not physically cheating . . but why if you already in a relationship are you trying to accomplish by this new meeting?
If you told your partner, would he understand?
I feel that if I am happy with the one I claim to love and that person loves me, it is for me to exercise some discipline as to what I do. Especially if my plans are to meet another person, behind my beloved's back.

put it this way... does your bf/gf know about this? if you are deliberately not telling them, holding back info, then you probably shouldn't be in a relationship. How would you feel if your bf/gf was doing the same thing?

If its been communicated between the couple that meeting people online is OK, then yeah its permissable. I personally dont agree with meeting people online though.

if you had to ask, then on some level you know you've crossed a line. you may not have cheated, but you have betrayed your partners trust. you need to get to the root of what put you in a position where you're comfortable doing such a thing. be frank and have an honest discussion.

best wishes

you may not be physicaly cheating but your mind and heart are apparently elsewhere than focused on your current relationship. you are looking elsewhere for something. maybe you aren't getting all you need from your current byfrnd. you should talk about your needs.
if you feel that he's not the one for you and you like the internet guy... you should break it off officialy and pursue other guys

Physical cheating? Maybe not. But maybe emotional cheating which can be just as harmful.

In my case, YES. Because I should not show interest to others, so that I won't hurt my bf and same with him. He's not meeting someone else's so not to hurt me.

Yes, because your heart (and hormones) are elsewhere. Sounds like you are needy and crave attention.
