I wouldn't say I'm stuffed but I'm definitely full after lets say breakfast. Then 10-15 minutes later I'm hungry again. Whats going on?

it depends on what your breakfast consists of. if its just some cereal -no wonder.
you need protein and healthy fats along with dietary fiber to make you feel full longer -it takes longer time to digest.

What are you eating for breakfast? What types of foods do you eat in general? My guess is that you have a lot of carbs in your diet and not enough protein. Carbs make you "feel" full and stuff lots of calories into you, but it's temporary. Try getting more protein in your diet (note: not lots of fat, mostly protein). As for the carbs, try eating more whole-grains instead of sugary foods or white starchy carbs. Whole-grains will satisfy you more and be better for you.

Me too...how old are you? I'm 13, and everyone says I'm going through a growth spurt...I hate it though, it's so much easier dieting when you're never hungry. Oh well, all's (not) fair in love and war.

You may need to have your sugar checked, it can make you feel that way.It can also make you get sweaty, and dizzy. My advice to you would be to check that out first.
