i get these black outs every now and then and i don't know why . . . can anyone help?

Does it happen when you stand suddenly or quickly? If so you have orthostatic hypotension. If it happens at any other time you may be having some serious heart problems. You need to see your doctor and have some tests run. If it is your heart doing this to you, it could kill you if you don't get it treated.

It could be anything from brain tumors to epilepsy to who knows. See a good neurologist and get it checked out Pronto! Why are you wasting your time asking on Yahoo?

Eeee...I'd ask your doctor about that. I'm no health professional, but the numbing of the arm when that happens, I would not wait to have that checked out.

If it happens when you stand up, it's low blood pressure, you should eat more minerals. celery ,soy sauce.
