well if ur eating three meals a day and still hungry try snacking on fruits or drinking lots and lots of water which will hopefully keep u filled..good luck!

Your caloric intake is insufficient as to caloric loss during strenuos exercise.Always check with a health professional before starting any exercise regimen !! I have found that a good supplement to curb appetite is plain old water or something like Gatorade. Remember you loose potassium and other naturally occuring vit. and minerals your body needs to function !! Low potassium can be corrected by eating a banana .

You are supposed to eat 5-6 small meals a day to lose fat.
if you deprive yourself all you will lose is gona be just water weight and muscle and slow down metabolism.
If you are hungry - eat!!! Thats the language your body speaks -read it wright. your body is smarter than you and you cant trick it.
