You don't want to find out if he likes you. You want to GET HIM. So I'll just tell you how to do that, mmkay?
Talk to him about anything. Doesn't matter what, just talk to him. If you come off as shy or nervous, this is fine. He will interpret that as you liking him, which is what you want.
Seriously, nothing makes a guy like a girl more than finding out that she likes him.
Also, touch him. Hold his hand, hug him, sit on his lap, whatever. Just touch him. I really can't stress the importance of kinaesthetics enough; YOU NEED TO TOUCH HIM.
It is in this method that a boyfriend is acquired.

Well first thing you could get one of your friends that he doesnt know to walk up to him and see if he likes anyone, if he says yes then start dropping little hints and stuff like that. Hang out with just him. things like that.
Maybe get a little flirty hopefully he will get the hint.

Be yourself for one thing.
Speak and smile at him whenever your eyes meet.
Make general conversation with him like, "Wow, Mr. so-and-so really gave us a lot of homework to do!" Or "Gee, our boss must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning!"
See how he responds to you. If it's positive, then perhaps you can mention a movie you'd like to see and see if he takes the hint. :-)

The thing is most of the time you can't make him like you just be yourself and he'll see you for who you are.
