There was a guy on the news on July 4th who shot and killed all of his neighbors for doing this.

I would call the police and complain and stay anonymous.

You don't want to start something with neighbors by calling on them or leaving a note. Neighbors can be very touchy about such matters. They really should realize that it's rude to keep other people awake, but if the police call on them, maybe they will take heed.

Call the police and report it. If they continue, keep calling the police until they resolve the issue. In many states, repeated "visits" by the police is considered to be "repeat offenses" or "disorderly conduct" (disorderly conduct is an arrestable offense.)and the neighbor could get himself into trouble especially if there are noise ordinances in your community. If that doesn't help, wait until they are alseep and throw firecrackers at their house. (just kidding on that last part by the way!)

If you live in the city limits it is most likely illegal to posses them. Check your city's web site or call city hall and ask @ the rules. If it is make an anonymous call to your police dept (non emergency number) and complain. Let them do the dirty work. It will go on file as a complaint and if it happens again... The kid behind my house has fire works (not at bedtime) but right behind my house. I have h ad to run him off several times. Next I make the call. Best wishes!

Is it after 10pm during the week? If so lodge a complaint with your local police. There are laws against this. Also, firecrackers are illegal in most states/towns, so it might not matter when he is shooting them off.

1) Leave a polite note in their letter box. 2) Wait until they go to sleep, and set off some of your own. 3) Complain to police.

If it is past 10:30PM then I would call the police non-emergency number, and tell them to sort it out.
