Before you start spending loads of money on different creams or surgeries, there are a few simple techniques you can try on your own at home. If your stretch marks are not too severe or aged, you can try taking a body brush and scrubbing the affected areas while in the shower. This loosens up the skin, and removes the dead skin on top, leaving fresh, more normal colored skin underneath.

The easiest, cheapest way to start is to try different creams. Creams such as cocoa butter or other natural vitamin E products will increase your skin’s flexibility. There are also creams that will improve the regeneration of your cells, such as Vitamin A or AHAs creams. You can also talk to your doctor about getting a prescription stretch removal cream.

You can get it at any pharmacy or like Wal-Mart. Wouldn't guarantee it to work 100%. Stretch marks are from growing too fast and the type of skin that you have. Lots of people have the same problem. Don't worry about it.

The skin is mostly protein. Amino acids are the building blocks for protein. To prevent or stop beginning phase stretch marks in their tracks, use an amino acid supplement.

To keep a balanced level of amino acids in order to have adequate amounts of protein floating in your entire body try spirulina capsules, tablets, or flakes.

That's completely normal, but Vitamin E and cocoa butter will help. These should be available in the form of lotions and things in any drugstore.
