They work if you have nutrient malnutrition. But if you're an american, the problem is getting too much nutrients. So you really don't need them if you have a healthy, well balanced diet.

I believe they do. Our bodies simply cannot make all the vitamins that we need and you can never really eat all the foods in a day that will give you what vitamins can. Even a daily multi is a great way to supplement your diet.
I don't think ALL of them are worth it, but there certainly is something to be said for basic nutrients that you might not be getting on a regular basis otherwise.

Depends on the quality of the vitamin. Most vitamins don't even dissolve enough to do any good, and they just get passed through pretty much whole.

They can and do work, but it depends on the quality, some are loaded with unnecessary fillers. I prefer all natural vitamins, Shaklee is a prime example of quality vitamins.

I've never had RX's but I've taken over-the-counter and they really do work for me. I have a poor immune system and when I take them, I get less sick. My family can't afford to have them though right now, and all I get are colds and sickness.

yes they do work. it shoudl be taken eveyr day and they make you fullof pep and vinegar. just get one a day that is best.
