Of course!!!
Unless you're in a monogamous long-term, no-cheating, got-checked-out-before-we-jumped-into-bed kind of relationship, you never know what will show up later. In your mouth as well.
If you're not using a condom, what are you doing? You need to use 2 kinds of birth control every single time you have sex. That means the pill and a condom. Or the pill and spermicidal gel. Pick your two kinds, but if you think pulling-out-before-you-spill is birth control, you've got another think coming. The rhythm method is a great way to become a parent (I know!) and the we'll-just-fool-around-but-not-penetrate method is just as bad.
Be smart. Don't let an unplanned pregnancy stop you from meeting your goals in life.

Yes, because you never know what your partner could have and you could get pregnant. You should always be protected that's why you practice safe sex it might feel good but sometimes you have to put your future in front of your pleasures. You can't have sex without a condom well technically you can butyou shouldn't that why we have so many young people die because they put their pleasures over their future. I honestly don't want you to get HIV or anything like that. I can't make you because you can NOT help somebody that does not want to help themselves but i would advise you to use a condom EVERY TIME.

It is a prevention, but remember that you must wear it since before the foreplay, and after you finished you Must stick your friend out or it will relax and the condom might slide out and you might get an STD or get your girl pregnant

Since you put this under diseases, and you are having sex with multiple partners or sex with someone who has had more than one partner, you will end up with an STD or pregnant if you are a female. It is never okay to put your health at risk.

if you are not married, then yes it is bad. you can contract stds, hpv, and even AIDS. if you are married, then it shouldn't be a problem.
as the saying goes for those who fool around, if you play, you pay. be smart....don't start.

As long as you trust the person. Be careful. You never know who has what, and its not written on her/his face.
