I live by cocoa butter, it does make your skin smooth and more of an even skin tone. But for acne I'm not sure, more than likely you would need to wash your face with something that dries you face out to get rid of the pimples and then moisturize with cocoa or shea butter.

NO,no,no.
1] use a facewash, toner, sunscreen, and moisturizer for your skin type - oily, combination, normal, sensitive, dry. Wash, tone, and sunscreen in AM; and wash, tone, and moisturize in PM.
2] use Aapri or St. Ives apricot scrub every 1 - 2 days.
3] put clearasil or other acne cream on spots at night.
4] keep hands and hair off your face - hair should be clean, and no picking !
5] eat well - avoid fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food
6] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
7] take a good multivitamin with minerals every day
