The defrag Button, when pushed gives me a screen that's all binary...with letters and mumbo jumbo....bottom line...how do I fix my defrag on my computer? Mybe a site I can go to...anything to help. MikeBflony@aol.com

Get a program like diskkeeper or perfect disk. They do a much better job and run in the background, keeping your disk tidy at all times.

HP offers good support and I would suggest you contact them for help. Before you do, get out your customer number, order number, serial number, etc. to identify yourself.

You might also try running your antivirus software in save mode, Restart, then go for a Windows repair.
