There are so many available as freeware. Search Google or Yahoo. I can recomend all in one freeware- Advanced Windows Care V2 Personal (freeware) which has registry cleaner and spyware removal & preventer and many more. Download from www.iobit.com.

As a registry cleaner, I've had good results with a combination of CCleaner and TweakNow RegCleaner (CCleaner cleans your temp files as well):

avoid the registry cleaner like the plague and get adaware and avg spyware removers and u will be good ..
