In the kitchen there is black galazy countertop, dark cheery cabinets. and if you have and ideas what should i put as my flooring.
Family room: Off white/beige couches. Laminated floor.

IF possible, I would find flooring to match the laminated floor in the family room to create unity.
What is your favorite color? Use a lighter shade for the kitchen and three of the family room walls. Make the fourth wall more intense with a deeper shade of that color. I would use black accents in the family room through accessories, lamps, and frames.
Tie in the couches, wood finish, and counter with the choice of a design or print for the window treatments, occasional chairs and if there is room, chairs/stools for the eating area of the kitchen.

For the kitchen, definitely go with a light color to lighten it up. A light blue or gray would be pretty, or maybe even a light reddish/mauve to go with the cupboards. I would either use laminate or self adhesive tiles. Carpet in the kitchen really is messy! You could go with a lighter cherry laminate wood flooring. Living room, many different colors go with the white/beige. Be colorful! Take some of your accents into consideration (pillows, curtains, candles, any accessories) use the colors in those items to put on your walls. Decorating can be very fun, so enjoy!

FR - what color laminated floor?
Suggest you match kitchen floor color to family room floor.
Walls - try
dusty rose
raspberry
banana yellow
light lemon
mint
jade green
sky blue
periwinkle
smokeblue
lavender
Or, choose two colors, and make kitchen yellow with green accents, and FR green with yellow accents.
Add kitchen curtain or valence in darker or lighter shade of color you choose, in solid or print; or in lace, or eyelet.
Repeat these colors in kitchen counter items [ canisters, covers, flowerpots ] and in family room [ pillows, ornaments ].
