He's just saying that you're not available enough. Trust me..that's better than being a needy leech. If you've been dating for 2 months and gone out twice I hope he has serious stashes of Viagara because you guys are gonna need it waaaay later...kidding aside- I'd ask him directly (What did you mean?).If you feel like you've been a little evasive just say ,"I've been crazy busy lately but I want you to know that it's not that I haven't wanted to hang out. When are you free?", etc. Ask yourself if it's going this slowly because you're scared...maybe you're just not into him in which case I'd dump him now before he gets more invested. The great news is you're a hottie cause dude's still comin around even though he feels like he has to make an appointment! It's gonna be just fine girl!

He's telling you that you are too busy to date or so he thinks!
Dating for two months means having more than two dates. An accurate picture is YOU HAVE GONE OUT TWICE. To call it dating...you go to WalMart together walking down the aisle with your fingers entwined. You spend lots of time together.
It is time for you two to discuss what you expect from a person you date. I think your timing is different. He seems like he wants a Walmart walking relationship and you want a see ya when I see ya thing!
Talk to him about each persons availibility.
I learned from my ex that you have to have ROOM in your life for someone or you are wasting both people's time.

He feels he needs to make an appointment to be with you. Meaning he feels you're too busy to be with him. And I agree with him. Dating two months and you've gone on two dates? ONLY TWO?!
You need to make it up to him. Big time or else you'll lose him to someone who to someone that will make time for him.
Call him over. Make it a romantic night for the two of you. Turn off all phones and the tv. Make his favorite dinner (or order it) Make the night all about him. If you can get away for the weekend then make the weekend all about the two of you.
Try and spend more time with him.

Two dates in two months. How could things be going anywhere. You hardly know him. If you want to get to know him better and make him feel a little more desired maybe you should try seeing him more. I can't believe he's even still hanging around if you only give him that much time.

What he means is that your too busy! He wants to spend more time with you. Not just set, planed out dates, but time when the two of you can just hang out and be together. Just call him up on like a Saturday and ask him if he wants to do something that day. That will show him that you really want to be with him too.

Maybe you're too apparently busy (cell phones, work, school and other distractions) for his tastes. You didn't give us enough background information to know for sure, but if you didn't even understand what he meant by that, chances are good you're a little too busy to even have a clue. Maybe you should look at that for awhile and evaluate what this means to you and whether he's worth the effort to you to modify this trend.

It means that, to him, it seems like your work and everything else in your life is more of a priority than he is. He just wants to make sure that he is a priority for you, not an option of something else to add to the schedule. Make him feel special. The best way to do that is to give someone your time, energy, and attention.

It means that you're always busy and that he feels neglected. Maybe you want to spend some time with him. He probably feels like you're soo busy that you cant even hang out with him. He probably likes you, so if you like him too just make a lil bit of time for him so that he doesnt feel so neglected.

Two dates in two months. Sounds like he's probably just fitting you in, between other chicks. That's how guys are. If they are really into you, you won't have to wonder.
