Muslims, hands down. Although I have no animosity towards either of the three groups you mentioned, I'm just clarifying my views.

If you are placing this in the context of the United States, then it is UNDENIABLY the Christians. In the world, though? Probably Muslims. It depends on where you live...
It's also difficult to separate the extremists from the everyday believers or non-believers, and our media certainly does not portray the Muslims in a good light.
There are certainly many atheists who want to destroy religion (though not as a way of silencing criticism), but, as atheism's only defining feature is a lack of belief in God, this allows for greater individual deviance. Furthermore, the number of atheists in the world is much smaller than the number of Christians and Muslims. In a way, we're comparing Granny Smith apples to Red Delicious apples to oranges.

The religious and that's not limited to Christians & Muslims. Atheists have to willing to consider the possibility of being wrong to become atheists in most cases. The religious are unwilling to do that. Most are convinced that they have the one true path.

Christians and Muslims... either group you wish to discuss has long since decided that their views cannot be disputed because they are the only "right" religion, and wish for all other religions to be silenced because they conflict with their own beliefs... on the flip side I think you'll find that most atheists don't give a flying crap about other people's religions regardless of what they are... although they might make a bigger deal out of prayer in schoool or something like that because its shoving other's beliefs down their throat

I would say Muslims because in Islamic states, no other religions are allowed.States that are Christian based legally allow and protect religious freedom. Atheists do not try to restrict religious freedom.
No one should try to restrict religious freedom, everyone deserves the right to practice their beliefs or to not have any at all.

I think the worst of all three groups want to restrict religious freedom and criticism.
But they are fortunately few in #.

Too broad an assumption as the desire to restrict religious freedom lies in the hearts of individuals regardless of their spiritual beliefs.

Christians and Muslims.....I don't believe Atheists or Pagans give a hoot what other religions do as long as the other religions don't shove their beliefs into our face to "save" us.

On this one, Christians lose. It's Muslims who are more restrictive.
