Light jets ($3 million to $8 million) can take 5 to 8 passengers roughly 2,000 miles (3,219 km); midsize executive jets ($9 million to $16 million) can take up to 9 passengers from 2,000 to 3,000 miles (3,219 to 4,828 km); and large executive jets ($17 million to $45 million) can carry 12 passengers more than 4,000 miles (6,437 km).
Consider the hidden costs. Along with a price tag that ranges from $6 million to $50 million for a new private jet, factor in necessities such as insurance, fuel, catering and pilots--who are in short supply. Aircraft management companies will take care of these needs for about $100,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on the size and usage of the jet.

You have a VERY wide range of choices. And it poses additional questions: New or Used of course is the first question. Size (how many people do you want to carry) Range (how far do you want to go) Type of flying (where will you be going? Now range is part of this question, but if you traveling into an major airport like JFK or LAX you have a very long runway and can land any corporate airport, but if your going into a small airport - a very large Corporate jet like a GV will not be able to land) A used jet can cost as little as a couple hundred thousand for an older Lear 23,24 series. But they are old and loud and banned from several airports, due to the noise they make. You can get a very dependable used jet like a Cessna Citation in the 400K to 1 million range. A used Gulfstream IV or V for example can cost 25 million plus Now there is a new world of jets coming into the world the VLJ or Very Light Jet like the Eclipse, the Cirus Jet, the Epic, the Diamond Jet, these are expected to be in the 2 to 2.4 million range. Then there is the Light Jet like the Piper Jet, the Cessna Citation Mustang and the Honda Jet - these are expected to be in the 3 to 3.4 million range. And the jet market grows from there - the largest which will be coming out in a few years is the Gulfstream 650, but that is going to cost estimate 50 Million plus. Then of course you can get something like the Boeing BBJ (which is a 737 airliner - coverted into a corporate deluxe flying machine - think a small Air Force One) There is just such a wide wide range of choice and prices. I link a few pages below to some of the jets I mentioned above.

How much does a private jet cost?
I have come into some money and am thinking of buying a private jet, with a pilot and nice decor. What's the entry level price?
Thanks!

It's not so much the purchase price (which will be upwards of $2 million, and possibly way up) as the operating costs, which can run $1000 an hour or more. Don't forget the price of insurance, as well as maintenance and hangaring.

click the 'Quick Quote' button, put your destinations and dates and click! theres your price.
You don't need to give your email address or your name, it just gives you an instant estimate for jet rental.

don't bother. I know a man with money, not as much as he once had because he had a jet. the gas and pilots are usually so expensive you end up sharing it with other to pay for it.

After 10 years of struggling with all sorts of creams and pills to treat this embarrassing problem I was able to get rid of my varicose veins by using natural healing methods and alternative herbal home remedies.
Read Diane Thompson's "Varicose Veins Secrets" (also available in electronic format at: http://www.varicoseveinscure.org ). By following this guide book I was able to eradicate my varicose veins pretty fast. God bless!
