A hot bath with essential oils or bubble bath is very calming for the nerves. This will help relax all of your muscles. Deep breathing exercises are also very good for relaxation. I've enclosed a link were you can learn how to do this.

Chamomile Tea is excellent for relaxing the body. It will also help you get to sleep. If you don't have any on hand purchase some tomorrow from the health food store.

Try a bath or breathing or meditaion or a walk. When your chest gets tight it is a panic attack. You should not be panicing over getting yelled at unless you have been hurt before or think you might get hurt. If your getting hurt get help.

Listen to music. Breathe slowly. In through your nose, out through your mouth. :) Think about something funny. Hehe... this always makes me laugh. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tx1XIm6q4r4 When I got panicky, to be honest, there was really not much I could do. I just covered up in lots of blankets and got nice and warm and started reading a magazine or something. Chamomile Tea or Sleepy Time Tea always relaxes me, too... if you have it. I hope you feel better.

Hot Bath..and slow breathing throughout..then a lukewarm shower rinse..

or
Chamomile tea...I know it sounds wimpy but it's a natural muscle relaxer..Brew the chamomile flowers really strong..then sip it down. Guaranteed to loosen up yer tight muscles..you'll be surprised how effective it is...

Oh, and forgive your dad...he THINKS he's doing the best he can..and maybe he is....let the hassle go, as you sip your tea..
lemme know if that worked.......all you need is love,
Da Beatles
