Depending on your age, you may be experiencing a decrease in the elasticity of your bladder. This will cause it to not be able to fill up to the same capacity that it used to. This is generally only seen in senior citizens. If you are younger, there can be several things going on. When you sleep, it is normal for your metabolism and digestion to slow down, allowing you to go throughout the night without having to wake up for bowel movements or urination. Another possibility is adult onset diabetes. This causes problems with the equilibrium of solvents in the blood that causes increased urine to remove the solvents. If you are a child, it may be as simple as avoiding drinks in the evening before you go to bed.

Try reading "Your Body's Many Cries for Water" You probably drink WAYYYYYY too much pop and other beverages with caffeine. Caffeine dehydrates you. For every cup of water in a caffeineated beverage that you drink, you're going to pee out more than you drink in. So what are you drinking? Coffee? Pop with caffeine? Is your pee green? It should be clear. If it's dark green and smelly you really need more water.
So drink more water- 8 cups a day is the usual rule of thumb.

You drink too much at night probably. Could be some other problems, but cut that first and see what happens.

Most likely cause is prostate trouble. Have it checked, take saw palmetto or Urinizinc, both available at Walmart.

You may not have a "going" problem, you may have a "growing" problem. This may be due to an enlarged prostate. Absolutely go see your doctor, or any doctor immediately.
