because i this cop used to be a detetive that is now harrasing me and wanted to get information about why she's not a detetive any more

Have someone pretend they wan't to hire him/her for some work. Before you give him/her the slip, slap him/her upside the head with lips. (loose lips slips sink ships as they say, capeche?)

I don't believe you. I bet you were arrested and this detective was the one that grilled you.
Good thing you will not get any information about an officer, as you don't need it.
If you actually are having trouble, document everything, then contact your local police department with a complaint.

Detectives are connected with private security agencies if no longer with the Police Force.

If this person is still in law enforcement let it go. It won't be worth the aggravation you'll have.

You can hire a private investigator to look into it. How are they harrasing you?
