I know a girl who is really ugly and she is not nice to cows.

I think at some point some unthinking person may have called this child an 'ugly cow'. Now you and I know cows are not ugly... far from it, with their huge brown eyes and impossibly long lashes, their protective herd instinct, the amazingly cute and entertaining calves running around in the fields while the baby sitters look on as the mothers graze. But there are those who do not have the privilege of seeing these creatures about their daily lives. And in unthinking and often brutal ways they influence a child's mind. It is sad.

People who are mean to any of Gods Creatures will NOT come back no matter how ugly or beautiful they are.
God hates the destroyers of the earth! Or the corrupter of the earth. He will destroy them.
Also it is up to Almighty God to judge worth of humans, not a CASTE SYSTEM or prejudice by looks, or family status!

Since people do not have second lives, I would not be too worried about how they treated cows. It think it would be better to examine how they treated people in this life...

I bet, when they come back, they come back as diary farmers who eventually are the victims of a massive cow uprising. They asked for though, didn't they?
